Your order will be processed within 3 days. Most items are delivered by an external courier and take 2 to 5 working days and will usually require a signature upon delivery. Larger and heavier items will be delivered by pallet. Items that are marked for collection only can be delivered by prior arrangement on our own transport, please call us on 01772811722 for a delivery quote based on your location.

If a courier is used for the delivery then you will receive an email from them with tracking information. If your order is being delivered by our vehicles we will keep you updated by email and or telephone on its progress.
